FatLoss4Idiots Scam Or Genuine Weight-Loss Technique? My Honest Opinion About FatLoss4Idiots Diet

Apr 27th, 2011

Hey, Manuela here,

You are reading my honest review of what I really thought about FatLoss4Idiots diet. I’m glad that you’ve found this website and I strongly suggest that you keep reading.

If you’ve been researching weight loss, I’m sure you’ve heard about what’s called the FatLoss4Idiots scam. There’s been so much conflicting information about various diets that I thought it would be good for people on the net to see a few  genuine reviews from users who’ve actually used  products. So here are my experiences of FatLoss4Idiots diet, and I hope it will be of use to all you weight-loss seekers out there.

As I mentioned before, this is a review. Click here if you’re searching for the actual product.

FatLoss4Idiots Review

I want to clear one thing up right away:  It is unbiased  FatLoss4Idiots review, so I will be going into both the good and the bad points of this product. We’ll take a good look at the advantages and also at the disadvantages of using this product. So read on to know all about FatLoss4Idiots diet.

So what exactly did I learn from this product?

The one great benefit of the product was that it taught me that food is not my enemy – that it is possible to eat a perfectly reasonable amount at meals and still be fit, lean and healthy. And of course with this understanding comes the knowledge that low calorie and low-fat diets do not work.

How does FatLoss4Idiots diet work?

FatLoss4Idiots diet is based on calorie shifting weight loss method. It means that you need to control and improve your nutrition. You need to change what you eat from one day to the next. If you have tried any other diets, you should know that most of the diet programs try to make you exercise, run or change your lifestyle. FatLoss4Idiots teaches you how to change your nutrition in order to lose weight. It means that eating less is not a solution but eating more often and eating the right meals in the right patterns each day is the solution to weight loss.

Click here to visit the FatLoss4Idiots site.

So what sort of person is this product for?

  • It’s for someone who doesn’t want to starve himself and stop eating, but just follow the method based on controlling and improving nutrition
  • It’s for someone who doesn’t want to eat a particular food group or stop eating a particular food group
  • It’s someone who doesn’t want to gain back the weight he loses

What are the GOOD points about FatLoss4Idiots program?

  • I learned from the so called FatLoss4Idiots scam (it’s no scam) that one doesn’t have to starve oneself, and that one could eat four meals a day and still remain slim.
  • The other important thing that I learned was that it’s not at all necessary to count calories, but it’s more necessary to be sensible as to how you go about eating.
  • And one more important thing that FatLoss4Idiots teaches is that it’s possible to control your eating by learning to know when you’ve had enough food.

What are the BAD points about FatLoss4Idiots diet?

  • This product is doesn’t promise a ‘magic fix’ solution, but  it gives the solutions to weight loss problems based on controlling and improving your nutrition. You must strictly follow the diet plans that can be hard at the beginning.
  • You don’t build any muscle as you don’t need to make heavy exercises. I like sport and I expected to get the list of heavy exercises for each day.

What is my overall opinion?

However, I need to say here that the FatLoss4Idiots scam is no scam. There are a lot of weight loss systems on the net, maybe FatLoss4Idiots is not the best diet out there, but it works. It is easy to follow, and if you stick with it YOU WILL SEE RESULTS . I would highly recommend you to try it. If it doesn’t work for you, you can get a refund as they offer 60 day money back guarantee.

The Ultimate FatLoss4Idiots Diet – How To Lose Weight Rapidly And Easily…

Apr 20th, 2011

If you’ve heard about the FatLoss4Idiots scam, I have to tell you that you’ve heard wrong. FatLoss4Idiots is hardly a scam, rather it’s all about adopting the right approach to losing weight. The right approach to weight lose is eating the right meals in the right patterns each day. Now there are a lot of faddy diets out there, and some of them can be rather damaging, and I have found through personal experience that eating less is not the solution but eating more often is a solution.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes over the years when it comes to weight loss and exercise, so this post is all about sharing my experiences and helping others to benefit.

Point 1. The first principle of weight loss is calorie shifting

Yes, the  first principle of weight loss, according to the FatLoss4Idiots diet, is calorie shifting. It means that your body will be given different types of calories every day.The calories are not reduced but distributed in different ways throughout the day.

All this is information that you’ll find in the so-called FatLoss4Idiots scam, which is actually not a scam at all, but a wonderful weight loss program.

Point 2. Regular and moderate exercise

Exercise can simply be using your body all through the day. Say you are going down to the store for some groceries. Well, why not run the way to the store if it’s anywhere within range?

Why just walk slowly or use the car when you can be burning calories instead, and when you run, it’s all the question of attitude? Don’t run as if it’s an exercise or a task to accomplish, but run for the fun of it, for the joy of feeling your body work. Similarly, if you’ve got stairs that lead up to your apartment, why not use the stairs instead of the elevator. It makes so much more sense to the things that you already have in order to lose weight.

You see, in today’s world we depend a little bit too much upon machines and technology and don’t use our bodies enough.

Point 3. Burn calories all through the day.

Now what I mean by this is not really exercise, but, for example, if you are sitting in front of a computer screen all through the day, then it would be nice every hour or so to get up and just jog in a place for a minute or so, or if you are interested in martial arts, you could do a few martial arts moves, or if you are interested in dances you could do a few simple dance steps. Right in place!

What my point is don’t spend the whole day just sitting in a chair, because this is very unhealthy, and of course it burns almost nothing. Keep moving, even if it’s only five or six minutes in an hour, but those five or six minutes add up, and all contribute to your weight loss program.

Point 4. Limiting your intake of calories.

Now, by limiting your intake of calories I do not mean dieting, but just eating sensibly. That’s what fat loss 4 idiots diets are all about. More than anything, you need just make sure that you eat only at meals. Say you have only four meals in the day – that’s perfectly acceptable, but you must not eat between meals.

This is an iron rule which if you can only get yourself to follow, will almost in itself ensure weight loss. Just ensure that you eat good, healthy, sensible meals four times a day and nothing in between. And of course you need to take in lots of water.

A combination of sensible eating and reasonable intake of water will certainly ensure that your weight remains stable, or even that you experience weight loss if you combine it with the tips on exercise that I included earlier in this post.

Yes, you’ll learn all this and more in the so-called FatLoss4Idiots scam, which is anything but a scam, and one of the most interesting weight loss systems around.

Weight Loss Plans – How To Make The Best Use Of Them!

Apr 19th, 2011

When people talk about the FatLoss4Idiots scam I really am irritated, because it’s such a good weight loss program! So what’s the core of the FatLoss4Idiots diet? How come some people can stay slim and healthy while eating everything they want and hardly seem to do any exercise at all while other people just can’t help putting on weight? Well, the whole key to weight loss and to staying healthy and slim is actually your body’s metabolism. That is the rate at which your body’s processes burn energy.

Weight Loss PlansSlim people naturally burn a lot of energy while doing even their simple everyday activities, and this energy burn is what ensures that they get rid of any excess fat or calories that they take in, and they stay slim, fit and healthy. Most slim people can remain slim even if they do not exercise too much. So, if I were to be asked to enumerate a few points that would be the basis of weight loss, I would say that these points would be :

Point 1 Learning to control your body’s metabolism.

One thing that the so-called FatLoss4Idiots scam teaches – it’s NOT a scam at all, but one of the best weight loss programs I’ve seen, involves controlling the body’s metabolism. Controlling your body’s metabolism, according to FatLoss4Idiots, is all about letting your body get use to a certain rhythm and cycle. You need to eat at certain times a day, and preferably those times to be two o three hours apart. I wouldn’t advice eating more than four times a day, of course, but if you follow this cycle, you’ll find that your body’s metabolism alters and becomes a little faster. This faster metabolism automatically leads to additional weight loss that you would otherwise. Now, key to keeping this metabolism in a higher state is to control your desires for food and to eat only at times you have set our for yourself. There must be absolutely no eating between meals.

Point 2. Get enough rest

Part of maintaining a cycle that leads to a higher metabolism is ensuring that you get a good amount of sleep, and sleep must be in one stretch. A good eight hours sleep at least at night. You need to go to sleep at the same time every day and get up at the same time every day with preferably very little of sleeping too little or too much. Doing this keeps the body in a fast metabolic cycle, and also contributed to keeping the body generally more healthy.

Point 3. Exercise

Did you know that exercise automatically increases the heart rate and the body’s metabolic state? As a matter of fact, after around fifteen to twenty minutes of vigorous exercise your body’s metabolic state is higher for at least half a day or more, and all this time you’ll be burning energy and losing weight, even if you are sitting at your desk, just doing a sedentary job. Now that’s the benefit of exercise, and don’t you think you should be taking advantage of it?

What exactly constitutes exercise? Well, for you to lose weight you need to up your heart rate for at least ten minutes a day. It’s not hard to up your heart beats for ten minutes a day – you can do it by vigorous walking or skipping rope, or just about anything that you find reasonably interesting. Note though that you have to keep your heart rate up for at least ten minutes and not let it fall during that time. This means that you must not take a rest while doing activity, but only at the end of it. That’s it. These three points are more than enough to ensure steady weight loss and a healthy weight.

Use these techniques from the so called FatLoss4Idiots scam, and learn that what some people call a ‘scam’ is actually one of the most tried and tested weight loss plans, and one that really works.

The FatLoss4Idiots Scam And How I Really Found Out The Truth About It!

Apr 15th, 2011

FatLoss4Idiots scamNow maybe you’ve been searching for weight loss plans on the net and have come upon something called the FatLoss4Idiots scam. You need to remember that when you search for a good weight loss program on the internet, you’ll find that  not only are there all sorts of reviews available about different programs which can conflict with other, for example, you’ll find some people claim that a weight loss program worked for them, while other people that the weight loss program didn’t. Now this whole issue is complicated by the fact that competing companies often post reviews against each other. For example, I recently found that there are a lot of reviews claiming that the  FatLoss4Idiots program is a scam.

Now, is it or isn’t it? Well, I can answer that because I used the FatLoss4Idiots program. Now this article is going to be about how to use Fat Loss 4 Idiots program to definitely lose weight, and this article is also to prove that the  this program is not a scam. It evidently is not a scam, because you are going to see right here just how it works, and how it can work for you. Now I won’t go into  Fat Loss 4 Idiots program in great detail, but I will elaborate on the points that make it work.

Point one. Eat four meals a day

Yes, the  FatLoss4Idiots diet actually allows you to eat four meals a day, but the content of those meals, whether proteins or carbohydrates, is carefully controlled, so you end up taking in a certain amount of calories a day and no more, even though you need not calories with this program. I consider this a very much more natural and common sense approach to weight loss than fad diets that urge you to starvation, for example.

Point two. Switching between your protein and carbohydrate intake

Now this is related to the first point that I mentioned in that what you eat is controlled by this program, not how much you eat. When you are taking in protein, for example, you’ll find that you can only take a certain amount of protein before your body actually feels full, and it’s the same with carbohydrates. It’s when you eat a mixed meal that you find you can eat more, whereas if you only take in a certain type of food source, you’ll find that you experience a feeling of satiation much faster than you would otherwise. And that actually is the core and basis of the  Fat Loss 4 Idiots program.

Point three. Prepare your meals at home

You won’t believe how much can be added to a diet simply by eating at home rather then take out food or eating in the restaurants. Now understand that a restaurant has to stay in business by providing tasty food. The entire reason for its existence is providing tasty food, and the owners of the restaurant don’t about how much weight gain that food causes. They just care about having their clients come back again and again. This means that food that is take away or from restaurants is usually very rich in fats and oily foods, which can be tasty, of course, but which are not necessarily healthy. So the first step that  FatLoss4Idiots diet recommends is that you prepare your own food.

Point four. Additional methods that can aid in weight loss

The  FatLoss4Idiots scam is not a scam at all, but instead a program that is very well balanced in that it advises drinking lots of water, as well as exercise routines, and limiting calories by limiting sweets. All in all I would call it a very comprehensive approach to weight loss, and one that anyone should recommend.

Weight Loss For Idiots – How To Go About Designing An Effortless Weight Loss Program

Apr 13th, 2011

Well, I’d like to talk about how to lose weight effectively while using the resources of the internet. And I’ve also noticed some articles about the FatLoss4Idiots scam – it isn’t one, because I use it, and given below are some of the wonderful things I learned from the FatLoss4Idiots diet program.

Weight Loss For IdiotsNow, weight loss has always been a cause of concern, especially in this century, when people became more conscious of the advantages of being more slim and therefore appearing more attractive. Losing weight has become much easier since the advent of the internet when information on any subject is so much more available. So here then, in a few points, are the basic principles of weight loss.

People believe that weight loss plans involve cutting calories, and it seems to make sense. If you burn more calories then you take in, of course you will lose weight, or at the very least keep your weight at the standard norm, but the simple fact is that cutting calories is of little use unless you actually burn them. You see, this principle of weight loss assumes that you are burning calories, but most people lead very sedentary lives and hardly do any exercise at all. Now a much more sensible method of weight loss is

1 To eat sensible meals all through the day.

That is to have around four meals a day, in which you take in a sensible amount of food.

2 To avoid bingeing and snacking.

Bingeing and snacking is what actually tends to add that extra pound to your waistline, and avoiding taking those extra snacks through the day can contribute massively towards the weight loss.

3 Doing a sensible amount of exercise.

According to the FatLoss4Idiots diet you don’t need to exercise all through the day seven days a week, but you do need to do a little brisk walking two or three times in the week. And perhaps you should visit a gym at least once in the week. A little dancing or similar aerobic exercise like skipping rope would also not be out of place. Generally speaking, I would say that you need to do at least ten minutes of exercise a day in order to keep your body slim and healthy, and working properly.

4 Taking in reasonable quantities of water.

Yes, water is around eighty percent of your body, skipping out of water can have all sorts of negative effects on the body, including effects that can damage your weight loss program.

Now these tips are all parts of the FatLoss4Idiots scam which, as you can see, is not really any sort of scam at all. I’ve been describing the FatLoss4Idiots program, and if you noticed, the words “sensible” and “reasonable” have popped out more than once in the course of my describing these points, because that’s exactly what a weight loss program should be – sensible and reasonable.

By following this diet, you ensure that your weight loss program follows the dictates of common sense, and moreover, does not put unnecessary strain on your body. No starvation diets are recommended by me, because I’ve seen only too often how a person who goes in for one of those faddish starvation diets can end up collapsing or even in the hospital. Be sensible in your approach to weight loss, and you will be successful.

What The Average FatLoss4Idiots Review Actually Says…

Apr 12th, 2011

I became interested in FatLoss4Idiots a few days ago – I’d heard about the FatLoss4Idiots scam, and became interested in it when a friend of mine then recommended it as a weight loss program that actually works! And from what she described it seemed a very good and interesting diet and weight loss program. So of course I did what I always do when I want to know more about an issue or a program, or virtually anything that I don’t have enough information about. I logged onto the internet and did some research. And I was pleasantly surprised by what I found: there are a lot of reviews of FatLoss4Idiots in the internet, and the good news is that I found that more than seventy percent of them were in favor of FatLoss4Idiots, and say that the program did them a lot of good.FatLoss4Idiots review

Moreover, I found that a lot of people who did a FatLoss4Idiots review mentioned that a FatLoss4Idiots program actually enabled them to lose weight. Some people, of course, were more successful than the others, but that’s to be expected with any program. Best of all, the program is available at a very reasonable price.

Some people who complain about a FatLoss4Idiots scam complained, for example, that FatLoss4Idiots diet caused weight loss that was not permanent, but actually I wonder whether it was caused by the program itself or rather by people going back to massive binge eating once they’re finished with the program. In my my experience, FatLoss4Idiots helped her to lose a considerable amount of weight in a two week period, and since then she’s stayed with the program on and off and continued to lose weight and to keep the weight that she lost off. So yes, all in all, I have to say that if I consider my friends experience, I would definitely recommend this program.

FatLoss4Idiots Scam – Or Not?

Apr 11th, 2011

A few of my friends were talking about weight loss therapies the other days, and one of them mentioned  FatLoss4Idiots scam. Now, I was interested, because my friend has been using  FatLoss4Idiots herself and found it to be quite genuine. So is  FatLoss4Idiots a scam or isn’t it? I would say not. My friend finds that  FatLoss4Idiots adopts a very commonsense approach and I’ll describe it right here.

The FatLoss4Idiots approach involves eating up to four meals a day, and changing between an intake or proteins and an intake or carbohydrates, and so limiting the amount of calories absorbed by your body. It also involves not eating too much fast food and taking in plenty of water.

There is also a certain amount of exercise involved in this program. All in all I found the FatLoss4Idiots scam to be not a scam, but a very sensible approach to weight loss, not like a lot of fad weight loss plans on the market. And I would definitely recommend it and wonder why anyone would imply that  FatLoss4Idiots is a scam.
